Brian Gottstein
Lead Consultant

Brian Gottstein brings a unique real-world business perspective to his political, public relations, and marketing consulting. Because he is active in the business and financial communities, he works more from practical and applied business strategies than from theory. He is a senior practitioner in public relations and marketing campaigns, political strategies and campaigning, advertising, special events, radio and TV production, and media relations.

Brian is an award-winning speechwriter (two #1 awards in New York state) and professional public speaker. He has personally conducted more than 250 on-air and background media interviews for TV, radio, and print media; and he has coached his clients for hundreds more interviews, including for such shows as ABC's "Nightline." He is also a weekly libertarian/ conservative columnist for the Roanoke Times online (Virginia), and a former financial markets commentator for TV, radio, and newspapers.

He has served as campaign consultant, political advisor, and speechwriter to local and national Libertarian and conservative Republican candidates and elected officials. Even though he works only with political candidates and organizations that espouse the principles of smaller government, personal responsibility, and individual liberty, his campaigns have been praised by Democrat, Libertarian, and Republican political experts alike.

Brian has raised millions of dollars for charities, politicians, and foundations, and is a fundraising consultant on individual and corporate giving, planned giving, and direct mail appeals.

From his experience in business, financial services, and Dale Carnegie ™ training, he provides business development and marketing consulting, and is a frequent consultant to economic development organizations.

He has coordinated special events including economic summits; a 2000-person day of voluntarism; 500-person luncheons with themes, entertainment, and celebrity speakers; and regional wine festivals.

He has been recognized in horse show industry publications for creating marketing strategies that could radically increase the popularity of the business if his "[marketing] formula was applied all over the country."

Brian is founder of the Alliance for Individual Rights & Responsibility — a small but powerful organization of business, political, and community leaders who espouse the values of individual rights and personal responsibility.
